Sea Breeze Villa is a jewel, shining under the light of the Aegean summer sky, on the Greek island of Paros. A wonderful house that uniquely combines traditional architecture with modern comfort.

The harmonious blend of the Villa’s superb architectural design and quality construction with the privileged natural environment together with the unpretentious but cautiously chosen decorative bohemian details, make this property the perfect holiday and relaxing place. Thanks to its special layout, the Villa is the ideal gate away for families or large groups who want to enjoy their holidays together but still wish to keep their privacy one from one another.

“Ysterni Bay Villa”  was built in 2017 on a large plot of 4,130m2 overlooking the bay and Tsoukalia beach and enjoying spectacular sea and island views; while it has all the advantages of being in quiet and secluded surroundings, it is just a 12’ drive away from Naoussa, a 5 to 7’ drive to Ambelas and Tsoukalia beach, a 15’ drive to Santa Maria and a 12’ walk to the remoted small beach of Ysterni.

More specifically, the Villa consists of three sections: the three levels’ Main House; the Lower Wing, and the independent Guest House. Each section enjoys large exterior lounging areas, pergolas, and patios so that the privacy of each guest is guaranteed.

The Main House consists at ground level, of the living room area with the adjacent open and fully equipped kitchen; there is direct and immediate access to the pergola, exterior lounge, and dining area and further on to the infinity pool creating an impression of natural continuity between the interior and the exterior.

On the 1^st floor of the Main House, the impressive and yet cozy master bedroom with its en suite bathroom, wardrobe, and study area is one of the most striking rooms of the villa with its independent and private veranda with wooden deck and original ramp made of solid rope overlooking the whole property and of course the pool and the sea.

At the lower level of the Main House, there are two master bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. The first with its light green details hosts two persons on a queen size bed while the second with its brown details hosts two guests separately or together.

Midway from the lower level of the Main House to the Lower Building, one encounters the laundry room with two washing/drying machines and an auxiliary kitchen.

At the Lower Wing, there are two more master bedrooms, both of them equipped with queen size beds with each of their bathrooms being not en suite but only a couple of meters from the bedrooms’ door. The first with its grey touch and the second with its orange feel enjoy immediate access to a large veranda with sunbeds in the shade and a wonderful view to Naxos island. At the end of the wide corridor of the Lower Wing, one encounters the second living room which can easily be used also as an extra bedroom since its sofa is very comfortable and large. This living room has an access to the 2^nd exterior pergola of the property with a built-in dining table. From this level, one can walk to the main house from the exterior corridor along with the pool or from the exterior staircase of the property.

At the upper level of the property, there is an independent guest house of approximately 40m2, which can host 4 persons in a queen size bed with a neighboring folding sofa. and has its own kitchenette and of course its private bathroom and exit to its secluded veranda with amazing sea view.

At the level of the Main House the infinity pool of 5x15m remains the main central attraction of the Villa; the multiple sunbeds which are nicely distributed along with the pool together with the adjacent open-air stone bar make this part of the Villa the place that guests will enjoy the most.

Next to the bar, there is also a pool shower and a bathroom. Close to that section, the BBQ and the stone oven can be used to create unforgettable memories for the lucky visitors. …
