Tucked away in this pretty corner of Sivota and within a five-minute stroll to the beach, Villa Yuliya is a peaceful haven of taste and style, stunning sea views can be admired from every room, as well as from the larger than average infinity swimming pool terrace. Situated handily just outside the main grounds of the Domotel Agios Nikolas in a private area.

The villa is designed with a lovely mix of contemporary and traditional décor and the attention to detail. The stunning vistas are highlighted by the living room’s large windows capturing the scenery from every angle.

The pretty stone-built exterior belies the grandness of the interiors, which has a comfortable and inviting ambience and the owners’ excellent taste is reflected in the many fascinating and beautiful artefacts that come together in an eclectic and harmonious whole.

Next to the private infinity pool make the most of the panoramas stretching as far as the eye can see, with the bay spread out below and the countryside all around. Additional natural shading from the mature manicured gardens, create a delightful backdrop for days lazing round the pool.

The sandy beach of Agios Nicolas is immediately below the villa whilst Sivota is an extremely pretty port with many flotillas of yachts bobbing in the harbor, and a great range of traditional tavernas to more sophisticated restaurants and bars giving a restful laid-back feel.
