The legendary views of the Ionian sea along with the magnificent pool, the aromas of the surrounding carefully picked flowers and the amenities of this lovely stone house will turn your holidays into a magical trip. Lovely 2 bedrooms stone house is ideally built and equipped to offer maximum comfort and relaxation. Located at the southern tip of the island, just a few mins. drive to the sandy beach of Spartia & the village where there are tavernas and mini markets.
Villa Terra stone house is brand new, built in 2015 has all kind of amenities. Designed and built with the highest quality and respect for the environment. Inside the house, you can find 2 separate bedrooms, one with double bed and the other 2 single beds that can be fixed to one double. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with shower and WC. A great variety of amenities are also found such as individual reading lamps next to the bed, lights for the kitchen and the outside space, big solar panels for warm water during your stay, great comfort mattresses, a TV, the kitchen is fully equipped: a powerful oven and stoves, a microwave, a coffee maker, a toaster, espresso coffee machine, washing machine and many more. Finally, AC units in each room will ensure a pleasant cool stay for the hot summer nights/days.
Outside you can find a lovely pool and a great lounge under a pergola that offers maximum shade for the hot summer days to enjoy the views. There is also private parking space for your car with pergola to keep it cool and a nice garden to enjoy.
Terra Villa is located in a large property sharing the parking area and the pool with another villa, the owners of which hardly visit the island during the summer.
Once you check in, the house is fully at your access, feel like home! An electrically operated gate gives access to the paved driveway leading to the villa’s parking space. Ideal for singles, couples, friends, and families with children. Bed linen & towels are provided as well as pool towels.
As you arrive, the eye is drawn to the stunning, vibrant hues of the striking landscape. Clear blue sky, deep blue seas, sparkling clear water in the swimming pool, rich, green rural tranquility and the Mount Aenos. We will show you the whole property and guide you through all the facilities. Also, we will give you a detailed description of what to do and how to take advantage of every single day on the island. We will make sure you can have the best-staying experience and meet the Greek Hospitality!
If you need a baby which is a ‘travel’ cot or a high chair (usually for children up to 2 years old), please request when booking so we can have it in the villa for you ready.
