There are approximately 7 steps of an exterior staircase that lead from the kitchen to the pool deck.
The pool deck extends to a spacious pergola-shaded sitting/dining area, ideal for outdoor dining or a cool sunset drink.
On returning to the main hall there is a marble staircase that leads to the ground floor and main sleeping area.
All four bedrooms of the villa are en-suite.
The master bedroom features a private sitting room and opens to a shaded outdoor area with garden furniture.
Two additional bedrooms grant direct access to the garden and offer outdoor seating.
