Panorama is a brand new, 170 s.m, elegant Villa located in one of the most privileged spots of the island, in Bohali hill, just over the city, with a breathtaking panoramic view that will make your vacation heavenly.
The living room is conceived to comfortably host up to 7 people, for lunchtime or dinner, to watch a film on the 49-inch satellite TV, to listen to your favorite music through our sound system, or to relax at the lounge chair in our reading sea-view corner. The large floor to ceiling windows and balcony doors lead to spacious balconies offering unobstructed views of the endless blue sea and the majestic coasts in the surrounding area.
In order to improvise a fast meal after a day at the seaside or to satisfy your table guests with more sophisticated dishes, in the kitchen you will find a kitchenette, microwave oven, espresso machine, coffee machine, dishwasher, large cooker and refrigerator and all the necessary kitchen utensils.
3 bedrooms, sleeping up to 7 persons. On the first floor, a master bedroom with queen sized bed and en-suite bathroom as well as one bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with walk-in shower can be found. A third bedroom with a comfortable double bed and an extra single bed is located on the upper floor (loft) also including an en-suite bathroom.
There are two internal bathrooms inside the two bedrooms while we can also find another bathroom which is in common with the living room and the third bedroom. Every bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, hairdryer and shower cabin.
Give yourself the contact with the earth, in order to live an immediate sensation of peace and calm: submerged in the green of the olive trees and the blue of the Ionian Sea and the bright greek sky you will be able to reduce the stress and recover your energies, by getting in contact with the surrounding nature. Within a 700 s.m fenced private property which also offers secured private parking with remote controlled, the villa is surrounded by a well-kept grass in two levels, a stone made BBQ and a beautiful garden with colorful flowers. Walking up the private driveway leading to the villa will take u in a few minutes in the Venetian fortress of Zakynthos.
