Villa Octava is a newly designed, eco-friendly villa located near Heraklion, the capital of the island, on a bay overlooking the city. The villa is comprised of two levels and it can host up to 6 people.

On the first floor there is the Master Bedroom with a suite bathroom offering a spacious jacuzzi bathtub, ideal to relax & enjoy beautiful view through the window with a glass of wine. Its main feature is the amazing view of the horizon & the sea from every corner of the bedroom which entices you to lose yourself with your partner.

Two more bedrooms individually designed & furnished offer you relaxation & comfort.

The main bathroom with shower services the extra bedrooms. All bedrooms are equipped with CocoMat natural full latex anatomic mattresses & beddings to offer the ultimate sleeping experience.

On the ground floor you will find the luxurious open space living room & kitchen area with hand-picked, stylish sofas & specially made furniture for you to enjoy the splendid views & share moments with your friends or family.

The ideal space for private dinners or drinks with your beloved one. Free wireless Internet is offered throughout the premises along with a tablet, a music set, a DVD player & satellite TV’s to service all your needs. The kitchen is fully equipped to allow you to prepare anything you wish for you or your company.

The external of the villa consists of a beautiful garden with stone walls, open air kitchen, a large BBQ area with a dining area & an external toilet & shower. The unique element though is the beautiful private pool which offers you hydro massage (whirlpool) & foot air massage to complete the feeling of seclusion and luxury.

The private hammam will complete the overwhelming experience. The external area is your unique space to pamper your body & your soul & enjoy the sunny & warm climate of the island days & nights. There is also a private, secure parking area for the guests of the villa with remote control entrance gate.

RELAXATION & WELLBEING

Upon request the guests of the villa can arrange their own private boat rental to explore the beaches of Crete.

We can also arrange for you car rental & private guide to discover the island and its treasures.

LOCATION

The location of the Villa offers splendid views of the deep blue and an idyllic environment of harmony, relaxation and discrete luxury surrounded by Crete’s nature. The distance from the city center is 15km and 20 km from the Nikos Kazantzakis International Airport. The distance from the port is 15km & Knossos Palace is just 17km away.

Some of the paradise beaches of the island are close to the residence, such as the beach of Agia Pelagia & Bali beach. All transports can be arranged by the Villa manager upon request.
