Villa Irida is situated in southwest Kefalonia, in the lush area of Trapezaki (Lourdata), only 12 km from Argostoli (the Capital) at the foot of the legendary mount Ainos, known for its famous black fir and wild horses.
A breath away, are beautiful sandy beaches with crystal clear waters, like Trapezaki beach, Lourdas, Spartia, Ai Helis, Minies, Avithos, Ammes, Koroni, Katelios and many others.
The architecture of the villa with the unique 360ο view and the surrounding areas is a blend of modern and traditional Kefalonia, ensuring timeless and classy luxury with exceptionally wide comfortable spaces that can receive comfortably couples, families or large groups of friends.

Villa Irida is situated on two levels. The main entrance to this property is on the first-floor level. Two double bedrooms can be accessed from the main hall. Both bedrooms are en-suite and they both open onto a pergola-shaded balcony, with outdoor seating and a wonderful view over the Ionian Sea and the natural surroundings. A marble staircase leads to the ground level floor. A third bedroom and a family bathroom are situated on this floor. A ground level living room overlooks the swimming pool and offers access to an outdoor shaded area with very comfortable seating.
Of equal interest is the living room fireplace, made of stone blocks carved by a master craftsman. The concealed lighting adds a soft and cozy feel to the room at night. The living area connects to the dining room and kitchen with breakfast area. The dining room opens onto the pool area and garden and to an outside dining set of a wooden table, a built-in bench, a further bench and chairs.
Stylish and comfortable furnishings, outdoor dining set on the balcony of the first floor (sits 6), outdoor pergola-shaded sitting/dining area by the pool, with built-in sofa, table, bench and two extra sofas (sits up to 12), outdoor shaded sitting area with garden furniture off the master bedroom, on the ground floor, outdoor sitting area with table and chairs off another two bedrooms, on the ground floor.
