VILLA LAYOUT
On the Ground Floor of the villa we find the fully equipped kitchen, a large dining table that seats 15 people and the living room with the unobstructed sea views to the Aegean Sea. The living room has two large sofas, a library and a TV. The Ground floor also features two bedrooms and one bathroom, plus storage and laundry rooms next to the kitchen. From the ground floor you have direct access to the fully furnished veranda where there are a table for 8, a sofa, 2 armchairs and a coffee table
On the First Floor of the Villa we find another living room with a comfortable sofa, elegant arm chairs and view to the sea. The floor also features two bedrooms and one bathroom. The First Floor of the Villa has a circumferential veranda with lovely views to the Aegean Sea, sun loungers and armchairs!
