A grand spacious villa with spectacular sea views set in a prime position overlooking Fiskardo’s village and bay. Villa Artemis is a unique architectural stylish and elegant villa offering complete privacy and excellent facilities in a hill just outside the iconic village of Fiscardo.
Bordering the terraces by the swimming pool at the front, to the sides and at the rear, is an extensive, colorful garden, which provides a pleasant blend of carefully landscaped plants.
The lovely swimming pool, surrounded by a wide paved terrace which is both secluded and open to those amazing views, an invitation to a refreshing dip. Alternatively, you may choose to recline on a comfortable sun bed beside water, from where the eye is drawn to a point where the infinity-edge of the pool meets the horizon towards the famous village of Fiskardo.
In addition there a great BBQ by the outside lounge where you can roast delicious stakes!
Providing every modern comfort, the well-placed doors and windows, flood the villa with light, with the lounge, dining, kitchen area. Downstairs two large- comfortable bedrooms finished with very fresh and rightful colors, while another lounge, with separate entrance, could easily be converted -if needed, to an extra bedroom, allowing easy access out to the gardens and terraces. Two extra bathrooms and one WC will ensure maximum comfort.
Upstairs, the remaining bedroom, with en-suite bathroom, a separate WC and a balcony, from which to admire the peaceful and stunning sea views, completes the grand set.
The ground floor also includes a spacious, custom designed and fully equipped kitchen, conveniently located next to the large dining table that creates the perfect setting for some unforgettable family meals. There is also an open plan lounge that includes a comfortable seating area as well as an additional table and chairs.
Outdoors: Naturist Friendly, large shaded furnished terraces with sofas, armchairs & al fresco dining area, BBQ, landscaped gardens.
Utilities: Fully air-conditioned
Fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, microwave and double fridge/freezer. Separate room with washing and dryer machines.
Pool: Private infinity-edged swimming pool.
