The handmade kitchen made by the owners has all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay, such as refrigerator, electric cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster, kettle.

The large 6-persons dining room invites you to dine with your friends while relaxing on the couch watching your favorite TV program featuring satellite channels and NETFLIX. In the same area there is a fireplace that you can light on the cold days and nights of your holiday.

Moving down to the imposing Armonia villa there are 3 tastefully decorated en suite bedrooms with king size double beds while one bedroom can be split into 2 single beds upon request. Each of the 3 bedrooms has air conditioning and a wardrobe while baby cot (one or more) is available upon request.

There is a terrace equipped with a dining area for 6 persons and a small lounge area for further relaxation. The heated outdoor pool with sun loungers and umbrellas around can keep you in the villa all day.

In the specially decorated decked area, you can prepare your entire BBQ meal as it has an additional outdoor dining area with 8 chairs and is fully equipped with a fridge, sink, cutlery and barbecue.

The latest addition is the exterior bed with air vents that allows you to relax during day or night enjoying the starry sky of Crete.

in the village of Champatha – Apokoronas Region

In the center of a small picturesque village of Apokoronas with few permanent residents, in Hambatha, the luxurious private Villa Armonia is created with love and care. The village of Chambatha is rich in natural beauty and offers the nature of Crete without the tourist development but very close to the exit of the National Road.

From the location of the villa, guests can fully enjoy the privacy it offers without losing the panoramic view of the virgin nature of Apokoronas as far as the eye can see.

In the neighboring village of Maza, just 2 minutes away, you will find a traditional café offering local Cretan cuisine with pure Cretan ingredients.

The center of the area is 4 km away in the village of Vrisses, where you can shop for anything you want during your stay, including supermarket, grocery store, gas station, pharmacy, taverns and ATMs.

The nearest beach is Georgioupolis just a 5-minute drive from the villa and is ideal for a nearby swim. The small seaside town of Georgioupolis is well-developed and satisfies the needs of the most demanding visitor.

The villa is only 50 minutes away from Chania Airport and only 3 minutes from the Chania Rethymno National Road. In the surrounding area you can visit Kournas Lake (13km), the sandy beach of Georgioupolis (6.5km) and you can use the villa as a hub to the beautiful South Crete, as Sfakia is less than an hour drive away.
