In a land among olive and orange groves at Kontomari Chania, was created a small paradise. In Villa Angie you can relax with your family, have fun with your friends and guests, or have a serene and quiet vacation enjoying the beautiful scenery.

In Villa Angie you will find 6 spacious bedrooms, 5 WCs, 2 kitchens, 3 luxurious living rooms and 1 grand dining room, as well as a gym and a playroom. In the big balconies around the villa you could have amazing fun nights with friends, or spend some time of relaxation and serenity, enjoying the enchanting view of the olive groves and the Cretan Sea.

Arriving at Villa Angie, the first thing you will see is a big, luxurious surrounding area, having the villa standing in its center. Inside the area of 400 sq.m. you will see the garden with the lawn and a pathway that invites you to explore the surroundings.

If you follow the path you will notice the roses, the olive trees and the little palm trees around the villa. For some, contact with nature is a luxury. In Villa Angie it is a lifestyle.

Following the pathway, it will lead you to the front side of the Villa. There lies the pool (heated on demand) with the chaise lounges that will cool your summer days, a pergola where you will dine with your family, friends or guests, and the place designed for a cocktail, or just a serene gazing at the gorgeous view.

Outside the Villa you will also find a playground and games for children. Because, for kids, luxury lies in games!

The outside area of Villa Angie promises tranquility and a first-class view to the notorious Cretan beauty. Every side of the Villa is surrounded by olive trees and orange groves, while from the side of the pool you have a gorgeous view of the trees spreading to the shore.

Also, in the greater Villa area there is a farm with animals from which you can find fresh eggs and fresh goat milk, perfect for a typical Mediterranean breakfast!

Last but not least, in the premises live the owners of the house, far enough for your privacy but close enough, so as to be available to help you at anything you may need.

At any time of the day you can dine outdoors, under the gorgeous pergola, next to the built-in barbeque oven, where you can have great summer nights and days with guests, friends and family. Also, the pool (heated pool on demand) of the Villa is here to cool the warm days of the summer, while providing a majestic view to the olive trees and the Cretan Sea.

INDOORS

In the ground floor of Villa Angie there is a separate, autonomous apartment with its own entrance, with two big bedrooms and a WC. For those of you that do not want to stop your workout during your vacation, in this floor you can exercise at our fully equipped Gym. Moreover, the floor also has a kitchen as well as a spacious living room where you can play board games or in our play machines with friends. Last, this floor also has a big TV set for those of you that would like to enjoy a movie!

The main entrance of Villa Angie is on the first floor. In this floor there is one bedroom, one WC and a kitchen where you can prepare a quick meal or a luxurious dinner for your guests.

Also, a large dining room and two living rooms which can accommodate a big company. One of the living rooms has a big TV, a Home Cinema and a fireplace, so you can enjoy a fabulous movie night! The atmosphere is ideal for reading and relaxation, and the south balcony offers an unobstructed view to the olive groves and the mountain!

Going up the second floor you will see three bedrooms, one of which is a master bedroom with its own WC. Two balconies promise the most spectacular view, to get your day started in the most beautiful way!

In Villa Angie you will not need to change your luxury lifestyle, but embrace it instead!

LOCATION

IN THE HEART OF CHANIA

Villa Angie is in Kontomari, a gorgeous village with rich history. Kontomari is 18km from the center of Chania and only 6km from the touristic center of Platanias, with its popular beaches and its famous night life. Also, in about 9km you can reach Kolympari, a picturesque village by the sea.

The roads that lead to Kontomari and Villa Angie are full of olive trees, orange groves and blooming gardens, which make it ideal for colorful walks and picturesque biking!

Kontomari is, in its own, a verdant village which roots back to 1200 A.D, when the Venetians were ruling Crete. Also, it is burdened with a tragic History, as it is one of the Martyr villages whose male residents were executed by the Nazis in June, 1941.

Today, Kontomari is developing to a modern touristic destination, having its traditional houses renewed and restored.
