Traditional stone fits in an environment surrounded by olive trees with individual shapes providing enjoyable moments under the sky.
The villa can replace a permanent residence offering you the unique feeling of comfort and Greek hospitality in a place suitable for holidays. Located at short distance from Tsilivi town where there are lots of stores and traditional greek taverns.
Villa Alice is a bright and spacious two-storied luxury villa consisting of a ground floor and a first floor 50 sqm each, interconnecting with an internal marble staircase and offered fully furnished.
On the ground floor you will find a fully equipped modern kitchen with a separate dining area leading to the living room. You can enjoy a relaxing afternoon watching the satellite plasma tv and comfortable sofas besides the fireplace all looking to a stunning swimming pool view. A balcony is connected to the ground floor with another dining table where our guests can enjoy their breakfast with a breathtaking view of the garden and the swimming pool area. A private toilet with a laundry is available on the ground floor.
Going up to the first floor there are two fully furnished bedrooms both with tv and balconies overlooking at the garden. One with a double bed and one with two single connecting beds. You can also find two bathrooms, one with bathtub and one with a shower and a toilet.
The terrace is built with traditional stone surrounded by grass, trees and flowers.
