This ultra-high standard villa is located in a beautiful spot in Makria Miti in the South of Paros. It was completed in 2019. The owners, took care of every detail of the construction, resulting in a mansion with all the modern comforts. The rules of the traditional Cycladic Architecture were respected, with stone walls of 50 cm thick, made of stone-made corridors, terraces, pergolas and built-in beds and sofas on the inside and the verandas. The villa with its simple luxury can accommodate up to 10 people.

It is built on an amphitheatrical plot of 2546 sq.m. with panoramic views and consists of ground floor of 183 sq.m. underground space (play room) of 52 sq.m. and semi-basement apartment of 42 sq.m. with an independent entrance (10 steps under the surrounding area), which has a bedroom with twin beds, en suite bathroom with shower, TV lounge and small open kitchen, suitable for accommodating 2 persons (eg auxiliary staff, nanny , a couple).

The ground floor is built on 3 parts. The living room has a corner built sofa of 8 people, coffee tables, pouf, satellite TV, free Wi-Fi in all areas, dining room for 8 people.

The kitchen is open and is located on an elevated level of the living room and has all the necessary equipment to serve all the needs of a family such as: oven, microwave oven, ceramic hob, extractor hood, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, hot-cold water sink, utensils, filter coffee maker, espresso machine, toaster, toaster, kettle, all-purpose glasses, dishes, cutlery, etc

The 2 large patio doors offer magnificent views of the pool and thus the sea and the nearby small uninhabited islands. Features 4 bedrooms. Two of them with a double traditional built bed, built-in furniture, and an en suite bathroom with a shower. The other 2 have twin single beds and a bathroom with a shower outside each bedroom. All bedrooms have a balcony and views of the sea.

In the hallway to the bedrooms, there are 2 storage rooms with washing machine and clothes dryer, iron, ironing board. The living room and all the bedrooms are air-conditioned with a central heat pump installation for heating-cooling.

The exterior space has 1) C-shaped veranda with pergola and 8×4 built-in swimming pool and depth from 1.10 m to 2.00 m and unlimited view to the sea.

In the pool area, there is a lounge with 2 three-seater sofas, 2 armchairs and a coffee table, hot-cold water shower, 6 sun loungers, 2 sheets, and 2 pillows. 2) Raised veranda with Pergola, BBQ and outdoor dining room for 8 people overlooking the sea and the island of Antiparos, which communicates with the pool terrace and the kitchen

The beach closest to the villa is 300 meters away, features crystal clear waters and fine pebbles. Just a short distance from the villa there are 3 free beaches: Agios Nikolaos Alyki 1 km – Alyki beach 1.5 km – and Piso Alyki beach 2 km All three of the aforementioned beaches have fine white sand.

The nearest organized beaches with fine white sand are 3 km of the Golden Beach, 10 km of Golden Beach, where windsurfing, Pounda beach 14 km and Agia Irini 6 km. There are plenty of beaches around the island.

Famous seafood taverns, not only, are located at the picturesque harbor of Aliki, 1.5 km from the villa.
