Stone-Built Luxury Villa Penelope 2BE 2BA private pool
The villa is in Northern Ithaca near the large village, Stavros. It was built with respect for the environment and the dominant material of stone in full harmony with the local architecture of Ithaca. Rare beauty, the contrast characteristic of wild and tame nature and the changing landscape will enchant you! Penelope is found on a private property, surrounded by olive trees and offers a great view of the sea and the whole horizon!
On the ground floor, there is a lounge, dining room, kitchen, one bedroom and a WC with shower. The internal staircase leads up to bedroom and bathroom. The rest of the floor is a peripheral loft; its balcony looks vertically to the living room and dining room. The inside compartments are made of old firebricks. The floors are wooden, and internal doors and cupboards from solid wood.
Apart from a fireplace, every room has a 9 BTU cooling – heating air-conditioning unit and 24 BTU air-conditioning unit in the living room.
Furthermore, the villa has an alarm system, three TVs (LCD), internet connection, a DVD player and a sound system. At the second floor, in the bedroom, there is a safe box. The furniture is of monasterial style and the beds of bunk style. The kitchen is made of oak and hosts a series of all electrical appliances.
