Stellar Resort is two luxurious and elegant villas of 180square meters each, with private pool and surrounding garden. They are built next to each other so that they can both enjoy the same breathtaking sea view, while at the same time each house maintains its privacy.

The Villas are built in a contemporary architectural style, that combines the traditional stone house of Skiathos with the modern villa. They were completed in 2010 and put into the rental market in 2011.

They are comfortable, sunny and spacious with stone walls and wooden beams on the ceilings. They are surrounded by olive trees colorful plants and a wonderful private 40sq.m swimming pool each.

The Villas are located in the area of Kalyvia, only 2.5 km away from Skiathos town, 1 km away from Lehouni beach, 1.5 km away from Evaggelistrias Monastery and only 15km away from Koukounaries beach.

The view from all corners of the villas is uninterrupted no matter if you are inside or outside, as the houses are built with the concept of having constant eye contact with the azure water.

The interior design of Stellar Resort Villas is very sophisticated with walls and furniture painted in pale colors that harmoniously blend with the relaxing environment, offering our guests an enjoyable atmosphere.

Several cozy sitting areas with amazing sea views directly above Mega Gialos beach will delight you in a unique Skiathos atmosphere while offering moments of independence.

The spacious living room of each villa built of stone has a comfortable sitting area with unique pieces of wood furniture and selected textiles, large windows for the guest to enjoy the stunning sea view, and to relax, a design dining table, Plasma TV, and comfortable armchairs. A central heating system is also available in case you visit the houses in the winter.

Due to the villas privacy and layout, if booked as one property, it constitutes the perfect choice for groups of friends on holidays or families, who visit Skiathos for several social events such as weddings, baptisms, anniversaries, birthday celebrations and more. Our dedicated-to-the client’s-needs associates and personnel guarantee experiences that will sweep you of your feet.

EXTERIOR

The external environment of the Villas is of particular natural beauty. As you enter the villas, there is a grand entrance made of stones that lead to a private parking area and the big green olive garden with old wide-trunked olive trees around 300 years of age.

A private courtyard of 2.000 square meters covered by grass and colorful flower beds, two private pools of 40 square meters each, shaded lounge areas under a pergola and sun beds. On an atmospheric corner of each villa, there is a BBQ area which is directly accessible from the kitchen and a large dining table overlooking the Aegean sea.

The symphony of colors of the sea and the sky changes during the day that comes to its peak at sunset time offers a unique and luxurious relaxing shelter. The lounge area is very romantic, especially in the night when if candle lighted, you enjoy unlimited views from every corner.

The elegant terrace at the front of the house offers a perfect place for every visitor to enjoy their meals or drinks in Villa 1. In Villa 2 the terrace is directly connected to the infinity pool and a shaded pergola area with sunbeds for moments of relaxation.

Lastly, the presence of an old traditional Skiathos farmhouse, in the premises which was built at the end of the 19th century causes the interest of the visitor for the traditional architecture and history of Skiathos. As a result, the owners decided to preserve and renovate it – keeping its traditional architecture – so that when completed to become an additional unit to the two stone villas.

INTERIOR

Each Villa features a fully equipped kitchen with all modern appliances including oven, large refrigerator, microwave and large dining table for 6 people.

Each villa sleeps 6 guests (plus 1 extra).

The villas can be rented individually or combined as one property for larger groups up to 13 people. One Master bedroom with queen size bed, and en suite modern mosaic bathroom with shower or jacuzzi. Two more modestly sized bedrooms, one with two single beds that can be united as well to form a queen size bed and one with a queen size bed (Villa 1) or two singles (Villa 2).

These two bedrooms share a stylish mosaic and screed family bathroom with a tub.

As the night’s rest is valued for all our guests, bedrooms combine ecological orthopedic mattresses with luxurious linens and a selection of pillows for ultimate relaxation and a perfect night’s sleep.
