Seven Seas Villas is a small luxury villa estate complex with its olive grove located in the tranquil Loutraki Bay near the picturesque town of Chania. Immersed in an air of tranquillity, Seven Seas Villas is a contemporary estate of two properties with a unique architectural style combining the local architecture with modern aspects resulting in a spectacular mix of stone exteriors glass and comfortable chic indoors.

Seven Seas Villas are set up on a hill with gorgeous views over Loutraki Bay where you can haze at the sunrise or just gaze out to the sea. They are surrounded by centuries old olive trees which they still blossom, from which we produce extra virgin olive oil available for our guests. Each villa has its own swimming pool overlooking the sea, Jacuzzi, terrace and a small herb garden free to use by the chef of the family.

Loutraki is a small cove on the southern tip of the Akrotiri peninsula in Chania. Close to the city, yet it feels like you are far away from it. Within walking distance from Muse Villa a sandy beach with crystal clear turqoise waters awaits you.

Enjoy your swim or have a greek salad at the seaside restaurant. If you feel adventurous, you could also explore the cove with a sup board. Nearby there are even more beaches to explore within Marathi Bay. It is the perfect location for your relaxing, peaceful, getaway vacation.
