Sea-Land Villa of unique architecture and design for 9 guests, is set on the beach of Santa Maria in Naousa and offers a beautiful stay in unparalleled tranquility and luxury. Its two levels feature two independent fully equipped apartments, making it ideal for two families or couples who want privacy. The jacuzzi/mini pool and the bbq with the big wooden table are the epitomai of outdoor living…Santa Maria, one of the least windy beaches of the island lays in front of the house. Enjoy it!
Sea-Land Dream Villa is a 200 sq.m amazing residence for those who search for simple luxury in modern Cycladic design and pure Aegean light bathing their days. The location is ideal – on the famous beach of Santa Maria, just 4 km from Naousa, the most picturesque village of Paros.
This secret gem, is actually a double house with an independent ground floor apartment with 3 bedrooms (1 with double bed and the other two with twin beds which also turn into double beds), 2 bathrooms with shower, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and many utilities and a beautiful spacious living room with swing-sofas (with glass doors to the open space of the yards) and an upper floor independent smaller apartment of 50 sq.m with 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bathroom with shower, a kitchen, a living area and a huge veranda with design furniture, overlooking the Aegean blue.
The 4*2,5m mini pool/jacuzzi with the sunbeds and the bbq with its handmade table are at your disposal, to enjoy summer days outside, but in the thick shade!
There are air conditioning and free wifi throughout the whole house. Private parking for 3 cars is at our guests’ disposal.
The access to the beach is direct without crossing any streets, in 4 minutes walking (200m). Offer yourself this fresh, bright house, because you deserve it…
