The villa features an 900m2 outdoor area, a lawn covered area of 220m2, a 150m2 private swimming pool with a separate special children’s compartment, an undercover dining area with Broil & King gas BBQ, a seven-seater outdoor non heated jacuzzi, as well as a two-seater heated jacuzzi & a sauna for an unforgettable holiday experience.

Each of 5 bedrooms at Sea Breezes Villa is effortlessly and elegantly furnished with eclectic hand-picked Italian furniture, adorned with fine cocomat linens & dunlopillo mattresses, promises a blissful night’s sleep after the day’s busy adventures.

The master bedroom, on the first floor, flaunts a double-size bed adorned with crisp linens and fashioned open plan wardrobe, as well as an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. For a touch of added luxury, guests will find a private balcony with endless views of the sea and a double size outdoor hot tube. Alongside this bedroom sits a second king-size zip-and-link bedroom connecting to a double bedroom, where a walk-through dressing area invites you into a luxurious ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

There are a further two bedrooms on the middle floor, one double bedroom which share the family bathroom with shower, and one king-size zip-and-link bedroom with a walk-through dressing area and en suite bathroom with a shower room.

Sea Breezes Villa is set in 1000 m2 of outdoor area with a 200m2 private pool and non-heated jacuzzi, separate children’s swimming pool (the children’s compartment can be heated) and manicured lawns all surrounded by wooden fence to ensure complete privacy. Is there anything else?

Afternoons are well spent perfecting your backstroke in the sauna, whilst little ones will enjoy working up an appetite on the playground area before being reluctantly summoned for dinner. Adjacent to the house next to the pool is an undercover dining area with Broil & King gas BBQ, offering a slice of the Mediterranean- a stylish al fresco space for enjoying an evening tipple as the sun sets over the sea.
