Located in the Santa Ponsa Gulf, the Villa is a house of 350 square meters that sits on a property of 950 square meters. It has a large terrace and is suitable for a maximum of twelve people.
The Villa is spread on one floor, with six bedrooms and each one of them has its own en-suite bathroom and stunning sea view. The Villa is set behind an automatic wide gate and from the parking area, the house can be easily accessed.
The villa is fully furnished with personalized A/C and heating throughout the entire house and bedrooms, as well as a hot tub (which can be enjoyed all year), a 10 meters long swimming pool, an outdoor kitchen with barbecue and plancha, private access to the sea.
Top-quality features include a high standard brand-new kitchen with all appliances and breakfast area, modern and spacious living area, three dining areas outside by the kitchen, outside by the pool, and indoor. Swimming equipment and water games two paddles are included.
