This 180 sqm house on a 4000 sqm land is brand new and has been designed by local greek architects. We put enormous care into the design—both interior and exterior—to make the house as cozy, welcoming, enjoyable, minimalist and comfortable as possible, with a hand-picked selection of elegant vintage furniture from the 20th century.

The property’s main house features an enormous open kitchen/dining room/living space, along with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. A separate guesthouse offers a third bedroom and bathroom.

Each room has been designed to respect the privacy of its guests—the bedrooms are separated from each other, and the bathrooms are all ensuite. And we’ve furnished the rooms with extraordinary luxury to ensure you have quality sleep and rest. All our bedrooms feature luxury COCO-MAT four-layer mattress and pillows, made in Greece. We believe that when on vacation you deserve the best to make the most of your sleep.

The three bedrooms can be configured according to your needs. Each bedroom features two 90×200 beds, which are combined with a double topper to form a king-sized 180×200 bed—incredibly comfortable. And all are made with natural fabrics! Also at your disposal, we have a baby bed.

In the bathrooms, natural and organic beauty products featuring Olive Oil as the main ingredient, from the Greek brand O. LIVE, will be at your disposal.

The rooftop is a fantastic space to rest and contemplate the view on the valley, the island of Antiparos, the sea and the mountain behind the house, and of course the stars at night!

In the summer, days are mostly spent outside. The outside terrace is around 300 sqm mostly surrounding the pool. A giant lounge to eat and rest in the shade!

And for film aficionados, we have equipped our living room with a video projector and a great selection of DVDs! Music lovers will surely appreciate our hi-fi sound system! And as food lovers, we have designed the kitchen to make it as pleasurable and convenient to cook, eat and share meals, both inside and outside.

It’s our goal to make our guests feel at home. Everything was designed to make the house both comfortable and aesthetically appealing. While you’re staying here, we’ll be available by phone or email whenever you need!  We want you to enjoy your time here as much as we do!

THE AREA

The house is part of the Kamari settlement, 15 minutes away from the main port of Parikia. The location is a mix of traditional Cycladic island and charming greek countryside. It’s 5 minutes away from the Farangas Bay and the beautiful fishing village of Aliki, where you’ll find the best bakery, and butcher on the island, along with excellent traditional taverns and beaches. One of our favorite spots on the island. What we love about Paros and Antiparos is that you can discover a new beach every day and explore the island by car by motorcycle or by boat very easily! And if you are a kite surf amateur, Paros is also a hot spot!
