The Villas are ideally located at the area of Petaloudes – Glysidia in the Southwest of Paros, facing Antiparos with breathtaking sunset views. Built on a slope surrounded by olive trees, in a 2.2-acre estate, for the ultimate privacy and tranquility experience just 4 kilometers away from the Airport and 7 kilometers away from Paroikia, the main port of Paros.

Also, the location provides immediate access to the airport, Paroikia port, Antiparos Ferry and to the local market. Only a few minutes’ drive away, our guests can enjoy some of the best beaches of the island.

The entire complex is built following the Cycladic architecture specifically designed to protect both external and internal areas from the occasional Aegean Meltemia (northern winds).

CLEOPATRA VILLA

For guests seeking to unwind in pure luxury and privacy, look no further. Cleopatra’s five bedrooms are located on the first level. A queen-size bed dominates the first master bedroom along with an en-suite bathroom and a door to the patio. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, an en-suite bathroom and a window with amazing sea view.

The third bedroom has twin beds dressed in fine cotton sheets to ensure deep unbroken sleep and en-suite bathroom. The fourth bedroom has a queen-size bed and a private furnished balcony with magnificent view. The fifth bedroom has a king-size bed and a balcony. These two bedrooms share a full bathroom.

The living area is comprised of a sofa bed, a computer desk, a shared wardrobe, storage area and laundry room. The Cleopatra Villa is the home away from home you will wish you would never leave.

OUTDOOR AREA

The outdoor spaces of Cleopatra are the real hub of this paradise. The upper veranda surrounds the villa from north to south and west, and has a built-in sunbed overlooking Antiparos, a dining area for 12 guests, seating area that can accommodate up to 12 guests, and impressive hammock chairs.

The 14 sq./m 1.3 meters deep pool is located on the bedrooms’ level, with a jacuzzi, and a separate seating area. Cleopatra has two more levels, one that is designed for gatherings, comprised of 12 guests dining area and sunbeds, and a private heaven, totally out of sight with a huge sunbed which can accommodate up to two guests.

BEDROOMS

Kalliste’s both bedrooms are situated on the lower level. The first bedroom has a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. The master bedroom has the exact same amenities combined with a 40” TV and sofa-bed which can accommodate up to 2 guests. Both bedrooms have direct access to the outdoor area and to the laundry room.

OUTDOOR AREAS

Kalliste’s outdoor area is designed in such a way, to provide absolute privacy. Evenly split in 2 levels, the second level features 2 furnished 21 sq./m verandas. One features a round dining table able to host up to 4 guests. The second veranda has a spacious lounge area with a built-in sofa and lounge chairs which can accommodate up to 6 guests. Both verandas offer amazing views to Antiparos.

In Kalliste’s first level there is a terrace with an outdoor dining table for 8 and on the southern terrace there is a 2.5 by 2.5 Jacuzzi, and lounge chairs.

BEDROOMS

The exquisite 3-bedroom villa is designed over two floors to the highest standards. All bedrooms are located on the first floor. The master bedroom is comprised of a comfortable queen-size bed with an en-suite bathroom complemented by a 40” flat-screen TV.

The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and a private balcony with radiant blue views. The third bedroom has a king-size bed and balcony leading to the outer area. These bedrooms share a full bathroom, storage area and laundry room. Standard amenities are complemented by a flat-screen televisions and staples of luxury toiletries.

OUTDOOR AREAS

Aspasia outer area is evenly split in 2 levels. The first level has direct access to the main pool and a lounge area which can accommodate up to 6 guests. The second level has a fully equipped outer dining table which hosts 6 guests and a fully-fledged lounge area with a built-in sofa, lounge chairs and a suspended chair.

IOLE VILLA

IOLE has a distinctive style and unique personality. The open-plan lounge area is located on the second level and could accommodate up to 8 guests. It is flanked by a fully equipped kitchen and a dining table for 6. The lounge area is equipped with a 42’’ Smart TV and has direct access to IOLE’s spacious verandas with amazing views to Antiparos.

BEDROOMS

Iole’s bedrooms are located on the first level. The master bedroom comprises of a comfortable king-size bed, a sofa bed, en-suite bathroom, a walk-in closet, 40’’ TV and direct access to the outdoor area. The second bedroom is comprised of two smaller rooms which can be separated by a room divider door.

This bedroom has 2 single beds (could be converted into a double upon request), a sofa-bed, an en-suite bathroom and direct access to the outdoor area. The third bedroom features a king size bed, while in the same room there is a fourth bedroom, separated by a divider door, which has a single bed and share a full bathroom in the corridor.

All bedrooms share storage space and laundry area.

OUTDOOR AREAS

Iole’s unique personality is even more evident in its outdoor areas. There are two spacious verandas on the second level with different orientation, which guarantee one shaded area at any given time of the day.

The first veranda has an outdoor dining table that can accommodate up to 6 guests, where the second veranda has a welcoming lounge area which could seat up to 10 guests. Both verandas boast amazing panoramic views to Antiparos.

Iolanthe’s open plan space offers a comfortable sitting area, equipped with a 42’’ Smart TV, for 8 guests and a fully furnished kitchen featuring a dining table for all. The double, 75 sq./m, verandas offer seating areas and a dining table for 8 guests, each providing sea and mountain view, as well as a shaded corner during any time of day.

BEDROOMS

The first master bedroom offers a queen size bed, en-suite bathroom, 40’’ TV and direct access to the outdoor areas. The second and the third bedroom both have queen size beds, have direct access to the outdoor area and share the same bathroom. The fourth bedroom has two single beds and an en-suite bathroom. All bedrooms share the same laundry and storage area.

OUTDOOR AREAS

Iolanthe’s outdoor areas are split into two levels. On the first level there is a spacious veranda with a lounge area that consists of a built-in sofa, a suspended chair and lounge chairs. On the opposite there is an outdoor dining table, that can accommodate up to 8 guests with breathtaking views to Antiparos.

On the other side of Iolanthe, there is a smaller veranda with a lounge area and a built-in sofa. Iolanthe’s unique arrangement provides at least one shaded area at every time of the day. On the first level there are lounge chairs and a 2.50×2.50 m Jacuzzi

KYNTHIA VILLA

OUTDOOR AREA.

The oversized furnished 24 sq/m terrace with a seating area for 6 guests and a 11 sq/m, 1.30 m deep private pool will be your own private paradise framed by breathtaking views of the vast Aegean.
