Welcome to Paros, an unbeatable destination which conjures up images of long sandy beaches, breathtaking landscapes, top-quality traditional food and pulsating nightlife.

DRIOS RESIDENCE is not just a traditional coastal property, is an impressive, large, autonomous villa with a non-conventional decorative character offering super-comfy modern conveniences, privacy and sweeping views over the unrivaled natural beauty of the Aegean Sea. This beautiful beachfront villa is situated on a peninsula called “Pyrgaki”, approximately 2km from the picturesque village “Drios”. Total serenity, Cycladic architecture and relaxed simplicity of the Cycladic aesthetic are only some of the highlights of the villa which is a great mixture of beautiful rock, white and blue windows. Guests staying at the villa will enjoy unlimited access to all services and facilities, receiving the highest standards of hospitality and personalized service throughout their Paros vacation.

The DRIOS RESIDENCE is surrounded by verandahs of a total area of 400sq.m.; there are three guest rooms with an unrestricted view, two rooms sharing a bathroom, living room with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning and central heating throughout, WiFi, TV, (sat/cable).

Also, play-room with two billiards (American – French). Outside next to the kitchen there is a barbeque and a traditional wood-burning oven, a modern lighted tennis court with canon and a warming up a wall, exclusive changing rooms and a single basketball court, while the beach is only 20 meters away.

Although DRIOS RESIDENCE is located on a Cycladic island with a mild Mediterranean climate, the villa is highly equipped with air-conditioning so you can stay cool inside after topping up your tan outside!

The fireplace in the living room and radiators throughout the villa convert DRIOS RESIDENCE  to a warm and cozy dwelling during winter time.
