The Nectar House is a fully renovated villa located at the heart of Akrotiri.
The house has a wonderful outdoor area of 7 acres surrounded by vineyards, overlooking the sea and the beautiful medieval settlement of Akrotiri.
A private traditional church “Saint Andreas” is also available at the external areas of the villa, for weddings and ceremonies.
The Nectar House offers 160 sq.m interior areas; it’s a fully equipped house with a very spacious living room with a fireplace and a dining area, an equipped kitchen ideal to cook for large group of people. The house offers three bedrooms (two bedrooms with a double bed and one bedroom with two single beds). There are two bathrooms; one bathroom is ensuite to the master bedroom.
The outdoor areas are ideal for relaxation, sunbathing under the Greek sun admiring the beauty of the village of Akrotiri, its castle and the sea. An outdoor hot tub Jacuzzi is also available with sun beds and umbrellas. A dining table at the balcony is ideal for gatherings to enjoy lunch or dinner.
The house can easily accommodate 8 guests.
LOCATION
The house is located in an ideal location in Akrotiri, just in front of the bus station, the mini market, within two minutes walk from the center of the village and the restaurants, ATM, traditional cafes and shops. The famous caldera beach is only a few steps further the house.
