The MyKONIAN VILLAS complex consists of 4 beautiful residences that combine state-of-the-art amenities with a spectacular architecture based on materials of exquisite quality. Each villa bears its own magic touch, yet all four share the same ambiance of unpretentious luxury, minimalist elegance and breathtaking views of the infinite Aegean Sea. MyKONIAN VILLAS are situated in Agia Sofia, just a few minutes away from Mykonos town. This is the ideal location for those seeking a relaxing holiday in a quiet setting, while being conveniently near some of the most famous beaches, world-renowned restaurants, bars and nightclubs.
The enclosed complex is accessed via a remote controlled gate and there is a reception area, which is manned by our villa manager during the day. All four villas have individually controlled security alarm system.

The 155 m² MyKONIAN ONE Villa is an Oscar-winning experience for those who compromise with nothing but the absolute best. Its amenities include 2 double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a single bedroom and a lounge/play room on the ground floor, a living area with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen and a toilet in the entrance level and a master bedroom with bathroom and cloakroom on the top floor. On the outside, the large private pool overviews the ever-changing colors of the sea—from the furious sharp blue created by the strength of the wind to the mild golden shades of sunset. In the pool area, you will also find the newly built Guest House with ensuite bathroom and a fully equipped private gym. Outdoor amenities also include a BBQ, a shower, plus spacious dining and lounge areas. Every single corner of the spacious outdoor area of the villa offers a different yet always spectacular view of the busy port and the world known picturesque town of Mykonos. Every detail of MyKONIAN ONE’s large open spaces is specially designed to add comfort and delight. MyKONIAN -One Villa also features private parking spaces.
MyKONIAN ONE Villa privileges over a private, fully equipped gym. MyKONIAN ONE also has a Guest house in the pool area, where an extra 2 persons can be accommodated.
