The 235m2 property hosts up to 8 guests in 4 double bedrooms.
Villa Alivia is a unique property of 1900, recently been rebuilt with modern standards and luxurious interior. The villa is located in the Northern part of Kefalonia island, 10 minutes apart from the famous cosmopolitan port of Fiscardo, 8 km from Assos Village and only 10 km from the island’s most famous beach Myrtos.
Built by following the Ionian architecture and guaranteeing for your personal comfort, our Villa offers an outstanding view to the Ionian Sea with amazing sunsets which you have the opportunity to haze from inside the swimming pool in the front of the Villa.
The main level comprises of the living room and a separate kitchen, both with direct access to the pool.
A staircase leads up to the first floor to the bedrooms. The Master Bedroom has a King Size bed, Ensuite Bathroom with Built in Shower and private balcony with Sea View.
The VIP Bedroom has a King Size bed, Adjacent Bathroom with Bath Tub, enjoying Sea View. The Twin Bedroom which has Twin Beds, sharing the same bathroom with the VIP Bedroom and backyard view.
Adjacent to the main building is a 40m2 guesthouse with King Size Bed, Ensuite Bathroom with Built in Shower and a private small Terrace with Sea View and direct access to the swimming pool. All rooms are Air-Conditioned.
The 9×4 meters Swimming Pool is heated and also has a Jacuzzi, where the guests may enjoy the unique Sunset Sea Views of Myrtos Bay!
LOCATION
Kothreas Village
The mountainous village of Kothreas is 40 km northwest of Argostoli, the capital of Kefalonia island, in the province of Erissos. It is built at an altitude of 411 meters above sea level and has 60 permanent residents.
The village is situated among the lush greenery of Kefalonia lush vegetation of cypress and olive trees surrounding it. The most of the courtyards in Kothreas are built of stone and traditional and usually host a climate of grape which gives a unique and warm style.
In the center of Kothreas, you will find the old village’s church, dedicated to St. Nicholas, the patron saint of sailors who protects the locals who follow the maritime tradition and are engaged and employed at sea.
