The property enjoys complete privacy whilst being only a few minutes’ drive from a picturesque local beach and the nearby towns of Nydri and Nikiana. Despite the proximity to many local attractions, you may find it very tempting to never leave the premises and enjoy every second of this unique experience.

THE INTERIOR

The interior of Lily comprises of three floors, upon entering you will discover a large open plan living space with panoramic views of the sea leading to the pool and external dining area.

The living area is decorated and furnished elegantly featuring central air-conditioning separately controlled to each room. The modern fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare your favorite dishes and experiment with local ingredients. The pool terrace has a barbecue and pizza oven for outside dinning on this experience. On this level you will also find a comfortable 4th bedroom and en-suite bathroom.

The upper floor consists of three large bedrooms all of them with en suite bathrooms and spectacular sea views. Glass door lead from the rooms onto a sea facing terrace that runs along the length of the villa.

The fifth bedroom is situated on the lower ground floor again with an en-suite bathroom and private access to its own terrace just a few steps away from the swimming pool area.

The outside area provides furniture for dining, relaxing and sunbathing with effortless access to the infinity pool equipped with a hydro-massage zone. Despite the fact the villa can accommodate up to ten persons the layout assures privacy and relaxation for all.

LOCATION

Lefkada is 35 km long and 15 km wide.

Villa Lily is positioned on the east coast and is a few minutes’ drive from Nikiana village where there are restaurants, cafes, pharmacies, super markets and everything you may need.

Lefkada town is just 25 minutes away by car whilst Nydri is no more than a ten-minute drive from the property.

The west side of the island is considered to be the Caribbean of the Ionian offering white and golden sandy beaches, crystal clear waters and stunning scenery.

Egremnoi and Porto Katsiki have been nominated amongst the top ten beaches in the world, and the mountain village of Exanthia will give you the unique opportunity to dine above the clouds and enjoy the sunset.

Unspool villages like Karya and Alexandros will make you feel like you are going back in time whilst soaking in the local culture and mellow pace.
