Consists of three (3) spacious bedrooms:

On the first Floor, there is a Master Suite of 80sqm, with a private living room and large Jacuzzi on the balcony for up to 5 persons.

On the Ground Floor (Pool level) area there two (2) large bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, large living area, dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. It has an abundance of indoor & outdoor spaces, an outdoor dining table up to 8 persons, luxuriously furnished to the highest quality standards.

THE GUESTHOUSE

Consists of two (2) spacious bedrooms:

A Master Suite of 40 sqm, with ensuite bathroom and an indoor private sitting area. The second bedroom has a King size bed, ensuite bathroom, and walk-in closet. Both bedrooms have their private entrance.

Newly constructed, Luxury Resort Villas is located in Mykonos Island, in the Kalo Livadi bay. The resort is a few minutes’ walks from Kalo Livadi beach, one of the longest beaches in Mykonos and quite famous for the facilities and the parties. It is found between Kalafatis and Elia beach, located 8 km from Mykonos Town and 2 km from Ano Mera.

EVENT AREA I

EVENT AREA II

All Villas are fully equipped with the latest technology audio-video systems, including Smart TVs (in each bedroom) and living room areas, with 200 cable International Channels, high-tech alarm system, and CCTV in the surrounding area.

All Villas are fully air-conditioned with an individual system in every area and temperature adjustable as per client’s request.

Last but not least, the villas have exclusive use of a 5.000 sqm. Plot (5 acres) with flowers, cactuses, and other decorative plants, while it features a private parking space of up to 10 cars and a Helicopter Landing Pad.
