Located overlooking Kissamos Bay and just a few meters from the water’s edge, this is the largest of our two beachfront villas with a spacious kitchen and an innovative ‘hanging island’ dining table.

Bedrooms are light and stylish with soft wooden flooring and offer uninterrupted views, with balconies shaded from the Mediterranean sun by ‘sails.

With a 150-metre beachfront panorama, the lounge alone enjoys six meters of window that draws in the natural light while presenting the most amazing views across the water.

Modern and minimal in style, this property – on the shore at Korfalonas – features clean lines, high-quality furnishings, luxurious comfort, and uses natural colors and materials such as local limestone and wood.

Kissamos Beachfront Estate Villa 1 sleeps ten guests plus another four in sofas and extra beds (at extra costs for adult guests). The Villa offers a well-positioned base to explore Western Crete, whether taking a boat out to Gramvousa or Balos, dining in local fish tavernas, visiting nearby beaches such as Falasarna or exploring island’s gorges and archaeological sites.

The area around Kissamos Beachfront Estate Villa 1 is rich in natural wildlife with sandpipers, herons, falcons and other birds of prey hovering close to the beach, which is perfect for snorkeling, swimming and fishing, or simply relaxing and taking in the Aegean panorama.

Cooled by a gentle sea breeze, you can be hypnotized by the lap of waves and the rocks in front of the villa, which are seductively lit at night to create a magical shoreline aura.

The service we offer is first class, with a concierge, restaurant bookings and boat hire, all underpinned with our lifetime of local knowledge to ensure you get to know the best spots on this part of the island. And we’ll even let you into a few of the area’s hidden secrets too!

KEY FACTS

Sleeps 10 guests in five bedrooms and two large sofas one in each living room. Two extra beds can be placed plus baby cots in bedrooms. One master bedroom with double bed (180×200), three guest bedrooms with double bed (180×200) and one guest bedroom with twin beds (2x100x200), all with en-suite bathrooms and sea or mountain views. Open plan living, dining and kitchen area, with a total indoor space of 300sqm.

The swimming pool of 50 Sqm can be heated by a Pool Heat Pump, making the water about 24 – 26°C depending on weather conditions. Pool heating is 700 euro per week extra and we request two days advance notice for this facility. A pool cover can be provided and has to be used to achieve best pool heating effect.

LOCATION:

Facing north onto the quiet beachfront, the villa is set in rural surroundings 2km from Kissamos town, 100m from the closest shop, a 20-minute drive from the regional capital of Chania and 50km from the airport. Other villages, beaches, and attractions are an easy driving distance with hire car.

Our daily hosting services from our villa manager includes information, guidance, advice, restaurant booking and taxi booking, doctor on call, housekeeping with daily house cleaning (except Sundays), linen changed every 3 days and towels changed twice weekly. A welcome pack is included on arrival.

Airport transfers, honeymoon package, and massage and beauty treatments. We can also arrange private boat trips (sailing or yacht charter) and offer individual guiding on specialist trips.
