Ipeca has a capacity of 8 guests that will surely appreciate its modern design and functional living areas. The entrance of the villa is situated on the ground floor with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area with table and chairs, a fine living room, a patio and a bedroom. On the first floor there are three more bedrooms (one with an en-suite bathroom), one more bathroom and an interior balcony with an office. Ipeca luxury villa features a basement equipped with a fitness studio and a bathroom as well as a cozy lounge area in the attic.
