THE ESTATE

SIX UNIQUELY DESIGNED VILLAS

The Villas are ideally located at the area of Petaloudes – Glysidia in the Southwest of Paros, facing Antiparos with breathtaking sunset views. Built on a slope surrounded by olive trees, in a 2.2-acre estate, for the ultimate privacy and tranquility experience just 4 kilometers away from the Airport and 7 kilometers away from Paroikia, the main port of Paros.

Also, the location provides immediate access to the airport, Paroikia port, Antiparos Ferry and to the local market. Only a few minutes’ drive away, our guests can enjoy some of the best beaches of the island.

The entire complex is built following the Cycladic architecture specifically designed to protect both external and internal areas from the occasional Aegean Meltemia (northern winds).

Iolanthe’s open plan space offers a comfortable sitting area, equipped with a 42’’ Smart TV, for 8 guests and a fully furnished kitchen featuring a dining table for all. The double, 75 sq./m, verandas offer seating areas and a dining table for 8 guests, each providing sea and mountain view, as well as a shaded corner during any time of day.

BEDROOMS

The first master bedroom offers a queen size bed, en-suite bathroom, 40’’ TV and direct access to the outdoor areas. The second and the third bedroom both have queen size beds, have direct access to the outdoor area and share the same bathroom. The fourth bedroom has two single beds and an en-suite bathroom. All bedrooms share the same laundry and storage area.

OUTDOOR AREAS

Iolanthe’s outdoor areas are split into two levels. On the first level there is a spacious veranda with a lounge area that consists of a built-in sofa, a suspended chair and lounge chairs. On the opposite there is an outdoor dining table, that can accommodate up to 8 guests with breathtaking views to Antiparos.

On the other side of Iolanthe, there is a smaller veranda with a lounge area and a built-in sofa. Iolanthe’s unique arrangement provides at least one shaded area at every time of the day. On the first level there are lounge chairs and a 2.50×2.50 m Jacuzzi
