LOCATION
The Great villa is located high up on the hillside, below the small church-monastery of Agioi Anargyroi. This particular location, with the most beautiful view of the island, towards the harbor and the town of Prokopis (Parikia), is one of the most famous in Paros.
This brand new, ultramodern villa is 1 km from the harbor and 1.5 km from the two beaches of the area. The location of the house gives the visitor the chance to enjoy the most beautiful sunset of the Aegean sea, so it is obvious why this area is called “The balcony of Paros.”
The location of the villa could not be more ideal. Just 3 minutes (by car) from the capital of the island, Parikia offers the serenity of the island home, but also the comforts of a sophisticated home.
Parikia, built in the middle of the west coast of Paros, around a large and safe bay. It is the capital of the island, the administrative and economic center, the passenger and commercial port.
