The Estate consists of three (3) large Villas and one (1) Guesthouse, covering an interior surface of 800sqm in total, offering a stunning sea-view facing the famous Kalo Livadi Beach.

Villa A consists of (5) spacious bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, a large living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen. It has an abundance of indoor & outdoor spaces, which are luxuriously furnished to the highest quality and detail and according to the latest design trends. In the outside area, there is a large dining table that comfortably accommodates the dining needs of 12 persons. The large private swimming pool of 6m x 20m is surrounded by the green landscape and its continuance is the deep blue sea (infinity pool).

Villa B consists of (4) spacious bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, a large living area, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. It has an abundance of indoor & outdoor spaces, which are luxuriously furnished to the highest quality standards and detail and according to the latest design trends. The second large private swimming pool of 8m x 20m is located in the outdoor veranda level, surrounded by two large built-in sitting areas that may sit up to 28 people while it features three spectacular dip-in water day beds, facing the sea.

Villa C consists of three (3) spacious bedrooms: on the First Floor, there is a master bedroom of 80sqm with a private living room and a large Jacuzzi on the balcony for up to 5 persons. On the Pool level area, there are two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, a large living area, and a fully equipped kitchen. It has an abundance of indoor & outdoor spaces, an outdoor dining table for up to 8 persons, luxuriously furnished to the highest quality standards.

The Pool Suites consists of two (2) spacious Master Suites of 40sqm and exceptional sea view. Each with ensuite bathroom and an outdoor private pool and sitting area. Both bedrooms have their private entrance but can potentially be used as connecting as well.

The Guesthouse consists of two (2) spacious interconnecting bedrooms, with en suite bathrooms and an indoor private sitting area.

• In the main pool area, there is a large outdoor dining area (for up to 32 people), as well as the stone bar with a gas operating BBQ, built-in sitting, and sofas, which are all situated in the different outdoor levels where you can enjoy the unforgettable view.
• All Villas are fully equipped with the latest technology audio-video systems, including Smart TVs (in each bedroom) and living room areas, with 200 cable International Channels, a high-tech alarm system, and CCTV in the surrounding area.

All Villas are fully air-conditioned with the individual systems in every area and temperature adjustable as per clients’ request.
