Location

Located in the southwest part of the island of Paros in the Cycladic complex of islands in Greece. It is located on a piece of land which is 5000 square meters out of which 2000 have been landscaped and planted, while the other 3000 are a locally protected forest with trees, bushes, and shrubs.

Accommodation

The house consists of a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, two small double bedrooms which share a bathroom and a WC, the main living space with open-plan kitchen, dining and sitting area connecting to the open-air sun-beds and the dining table for 6.

Architecture & Design

The villa is completely integrated into the relief and topography of the area, making it almost invisible. It is a bioclimatic, ecologically designed house, with a garden roof and the unique feature of blurring the boundaries of the house with the boundaries of the garden.

On the upper level, there is a bioclimatic pergola with an electronically adjustable open roof for stargazing, with a BBQ and coffee bar, a big stone dining table, and a huge sofa for relaxing. The swimming pool and the sunbathing area have the most spectacular views over the sunset, the sea, and the nearby islands.
