The Villa is located in a quiet bay next to the sea in the southern part of the beautiful Kythnos in the Western Cyclades.

It was built in 2012 with Cycladic architecture respecting the environment and the tradition of the place, and occupies an area of 260 sqm, on a plot of 4500sq.m. Which ends up in the sea.

It consists of two buildings, one of which is an independent guest Villa with a large built double bed and a single built sofa bed. It has a bathroom with shower, air-condition, fridge, safe and independent veranda with furniture (table, chairs and sun loungers).

In total the Villa has 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. All bedrooms have spacious double-beds, and two can be converted into triples. They also have large wardrobes, hot water, smart TV, air conditioning, safe and heating.

The Villa also has two large living rooms with smart TV, a HiFi set with a CD collection, a DVD player with movie collection as well as an office space with a printer and a library with a small book collection.

The kitchen is entirely made of cement mortar and is fully equipped with refrigerator, electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher and of course all necessary utensils. The interior of the Villa is completed by a space with a washing machine and a ironing board.

All floors are made of white cement mortar in the bathrooms also the walls are of the same material with color, giving different personality to each of them.

Outside, in front of the Villa is the large 300 m² veranda overlooking the Aegean Sea, fully equipped with sofas, sun loungers, umbrellas, tables, and the impressive bar area with a sofa, table, bar and many cupboards. The bar is equipped with washbasin with hot water, refrigerator, outdoor fans and large BBQ area. At the end of the terrace and in front of the bar there is the swimming pool with outdoor shower, umbrellas and sun loungers.

Wooden pergolas at the bar and all the verandas in front of the Villa ensure coolness and pleasant stay.

All the areas of the Villa, the central veranda and the swimming pool have free Wi-Fi.

The Villa has free roofed parking places in the plot and plenty of sitting areas in different parts of the plot.
