It is located on a hill in the village of Lagopodo overlooking the surrounding villages, the mountain and the gulf of Laganas.

This luxury villa, measuring 240 square meters, offers modernly equipped and spacious living areas, a private pool and outdoor areas so beautiful, you will not want to stay in. Get your friends and family together for a unique experience.

The villa can accommodate up to 10 guests and is spread across two floors.

The first-floor features three bedrooms, one with a double bed overlooking the pool, another with a double bed overlooking the mountain and one more with 2 single beds overlooking the pool. There are also two bathrooms with bathtubs, one of them also features a hydro massage, a living room, fully equipped kitchen with toaster, kettle, microwave oven, coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine, dining table and piano.

On the ground floor you will find a bedroom equipped with a double bed, a bar stocked with drinks, a dining table, WC, a gym area which includes a treadmill, an elliptical trainer, a multi gym machine and accessories such as ball, elastic band and mattress as well as large floor to ceiling glass doors that lead to the swimming pool.

Air conditioning and Wi-Fi internet access are available throughout the villa.

The villa is located in the traditional village of Lagopodo, in the center of the island of Zakynthos. The village consists of beautiful natural surroundings including many olive groves and offers a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. In the neighboring village of Maherado you will find a bakery, a pharmacy, a mini market and the renowned church of Saint Mavra which is well worth visiting. The nearest beach is in Laganas, a busy tourist resort with many things to do during the day and many clubs and bars for your evening entertainment. Do not miss the boat trip to Marathonisi Island, also known as Turtle Island. Its beauty must be seen to be believed.
