Ao Yon Bay residence is a stunning ultra-modern villa perched upon a cliff with amazing panoramic views of the east coast of Phuket. The villa features six luxurious suites, spacious living areas, two fully-equipped kitchens, an infinity-edge swimming pool, expansive sun decks, Jacuzzis, private fitness gym, and a triple space Atrium.

Finished to the highest standards, Ao Yon Bay residence is a privately-owned villa with sophisticated architecture, elegantly-designed, and furnished interiors and state-of-the-art conveniences.

As a guest of Ao Yon Bay residence, you’ll enjoy a range of all-inclusive services and amenities including a private chef, full-time maids, and butlers, a private car for your personal use as well as breakfast, snacks, and beverages throughout your stay.

POOL & SUN DECK

An infinity-edge, 20-meter-long swimming pool is just one of the features of the outdoor deck.  On either side of the pool are Jacuzzis as well as chill-out sitting areas — perfect for enjoying Phuket’s famous warm weather climate or gazing out at picturesque of the east coast.

The massive deck offers a total of 700 square meters of usable space making it an ideal venue to host a wedding party or other similarly large social gathering.

LIVING AREA

While every Suite at the Residence features its own private living area, there is also a lavish common living area on the deck level of the villa.

The living area comprises a total area of 130 square meters of pillar-free space and has an attached wine room.  Tastefully furnished and, like the rest of the villa, equipped with state-of-the-art audio/visual features, the living area opens directly on to the main deck with its swimming pool, Jacuzzi, and chill-out seating and dining areas.

KITCHENS

The Residence features not one but two fully-equipped kitchens.

A beautiful, modern front kitchen with a large island in the center is situated adjacent to the dining room and overlooks the swimming pool and deck.

A full service, the professionally-equipped kitchen is situated next to this and can easily cater to large gatherings.

DINING ROOM

The Villa’s dining room is situated on the deck level of the villa and offers 50 square meters of space for its large centerpiece dining table.

Much like other key areas of the villa, the dining room enjoys views of the swimming pool and the sea beyond large floor-to-ceiling glass windows.

The dining room is separated from the adjacent front kitchen via a partition wall.  At the touch of a button, sliding panels within the partition wall can be activated so that the dining room is completely separated from the kitchen.

MASTER SUITES

Ao Yon Bay residence features two identical Master Suites situated on the upper level of the villa.  Each 120 square meter Master Suite features a private living area, a spa bathroom including a steam room, a large dressing room, a kitchenette, and a private terrace with panoramic views of the pool and Ao Yon Bay in the distance.

The living area, which also has a working desk, is separated from the bedroom by a floor-to-ceiling double-sided partition wall with an integrated television.  Electronic sliding doors on either side of the partition can be opened or closed at the touch of a button.

The bathroom in each Master Suite contains stone tubs, a sauna with a steamer, and high-end fixtures.  Large windows allow the scenic view to flow into the shower space.  The toilets are located in a separate enclosed room.

DELUXE SUITES

Situated on the lower level, the Deluxe Suites at the Villa each offer a total of 85 square meters of space.

Both Suites offer panoramic sea views and feature a living area, a bedroom, a large dressing room, and an ensuite bathroom with a separate bath and shower.

These stylish suites open onto a 15 square meter outdoor terrace overlooking the sea.

JUNIOR SUITES

While they may be our smallest suites, the Junior Suites at Ao Yon Bay residence certainly don’t lack in size. Each suite features a comfortable 70 square meters of space comprising a living area, a bedroom with a king-sized bed, an ensuite bathroom with a separate bath and shower, and a large wardrobe.

Situated on the lower level of the villa, both of these Suites open onto a terrace which extends along the full length of the villa and offers spectacular sea views.

GYM & SAUNA

For those wanting to maintain their fitness regimen while on holiday, Ao Yon Bay residence won’t disappoint. The lower level features a small personal gym with a range of cardiovascular and weight-training equipment.

Adjacent to the gym is a private sauna and steam room.

Entrance

Decorative ZEN pools, floating steps, and local foliage greet you as you make your way to the main entrance of the Villa. The entrance elevation combines wood, steel, and high-end Italian porcelain wall tiles, while the ZEN pool’s surfaces and flooring are covered by sandstone and basalt.

Atrium

A 13-meter high, triple space Atrium leaves a lasting first impression as you enter the doors to the Villa. With a skylight above and a glass wall in front, the Atrium offers views of the swimming pool and the sea beyond.  The Atrium is where you’ll find the villa’s main staircase as well as a private lift that connects the three levels of the villa.

Parking Garage

A secured, 2-car parking garage is situated on the upper level of the villa right before the entrance.

Staff Quarters and Offices

The villa has on-site accommodations for staff members who are on hand to ensure that our guests are taken care of throughout their stay.  These accommodations and offices are situated behind the gym on the lower level and accessible by staff members only.

LOCATION

Perched on a cliffside with stunning panoramic views of the bay, the Villa is located near the sleepy village of Ao Yon on the east coast of Phuket Island.

Ao Yon is actually home to two beaches which are separated by a rocky headland. From the Villa, you’ll enjoy direct access to the eastern beach of Ao Yon via stairs leading from the villa straight down to the beach.

For those looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of big cities and congested spaces, Ao Yon Bay residence is the ideal place to find rest, relaxation, and inspiration. The beaches nearby are virtually deserted compared to other areas on the island and are largely visited by locals rather than hordes of tourists.

Of course, there’s still plenty to do in the surrounding area for those looking to explore their surroundings. Nearby is Cape Panwa which is home to the Phuket Aquarium, the iconic Sri Panwa hotel, and an impressive range of restaurants, bars, and cafés.
