A Modern Large Seafront Villa
The Seafront Villa is situated in the south of the Island,in the area of Aleomandra, sea front with magnificent views,overlooking the Aegean in the direction of Naxos island. The villa is modern furnished and have two large swimming pools and also a second smaller one designed for kids, with overflow on their sea view side.
Villa Luxotica consists of 9 bedrooms in total, 6 in the main house and 3 guest houses pool adjacent. All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and air-condition. The villa has air condition, satellite TV and Wi-Fi internet. It has large verandas and at the pool side there is an outdoor living area with a very large sofa covered by a pergola.
The Seafront Villa is plenty of open spaces and verandas with pergolas and at the pool side there are umbrellas and deck-chairs.
There are 6 parking spaces in total. The nearest beaches are Nammos, Ai-Yiannis, Glyfadi and Ornos beach.
