Unforgettable Views over the Aegean Sea
The 250 m2 villa is part of a luxurious residential complex in Agios Petros, Ano Mera of Mykonos.
The whole residence follows the traditional standards of the Cycladic architecture, with the dominant white walls and the stone base of the lower level of the house and the outside area. With the use of stone, the building fully consorts with the surrounding environment.
With a great sea view, the pool repeats the curved shape of the natural bays of the sea in front of it, and it is a major element of the architectural composition, fully concerted with the structural curvature arising from the traditional Mykonian architecture.
On the inside of the villa, the kitchen, the bathrooms and the furniture follow a minimal line.
The main access to the building is through the back side, where the visitors can leave their car in a sheltered parking. Through the openings all over the building, one can enjoy the sea and the spectacular view.
The villa consists of four levels, following the natural sloping ground. From the middle level of the entrance, living room, dining room and kitchen, and through the center positioned internal staircase, one can access the private spaces of the villa. The master bedroom, with its en suite bathroom, is on the higher level, having unobstructed view of the sea. The other two bedrooms, with their own bathrooms, are on the lower level, with immediate access to the outdoor surrounding area.
Two guest rooms, functionally independent from the rest residence, are on the lowest level of the villa.
The sheltered areas, which connect the pool with the main rooms of the residence, are strategically positioned to diligently protect from the strong winds of the area.
