The house is located in the very quiet « Fanari » area, also called “Faros”, at the top of the hill where is the very best sunset view on the island, facing south, you can enjoy the longest days ! Azure Villa is 7 min from town, 5 min from the new port, 15 min from airport, 15 min to the beaches, 5 min to supermarket.

It is equipped with Sat TV, Wi-Fi in all rooms. BOSE Audio system indoor and outdoor

The villa has a well equipped kitchen, living room, dining room, storage room with professional drink fridges & freezer, professional ice cube machine, cosy quiet patio at the back, south oriented terrace with sea view at the front, wide pergolas covering lounge area dining table, outdoor extra kitchen with gaz barbecue and sink, very comfortable wide lounge sofa outside, sun-beds, armchairs, nice dining table for 16 people, Bose audio system inside and outside with Airplay function, Sat TV in all bedrooms, Nespresso machine & Marshall sound dock in all bedrooms, alarm, safety boxes in every bedrooms, automatic gate, parking inside the property, mosquito curtains for all doors and windows, nice cactus plants all around the villa. The villa is very well protected from the wind. Laundry room with washing machine, dryer and iron.

Kitchen features great professional equipment (SMEG), large gas cook station and large electric oven, powerful hood, silent dishwasher (MIELE), juice machine, smoothed machine, Nespresso machine, Italian coffee kettle, filtered coffee French press, Tea kettle and professional sauce-pans, casseroles, tools, everything needed and much more ! The house has also very nice full set of tableware, glasses, to make the most beautiful tables.

The living room is equipped with a built-in sofa and nice armchairs. Also have wood stools and coffee tables. Guest can enjoy books, magazines, wi fi. There is a large dining table inside with 12 chairs.

All bedrooms have Sat TV and regular TV, French, Greek and international, flat TV, dig code safety-box, Wi-Fi in every room, Marshall sound docks and Nespresso machine in each room. All bedrooms have access to the front terrace. Bedrooms have mirror, a large cupboard, chairs and small built-in table. All rooms are equipped with mosquito curtains.

Bathrooms have all amenities, soap and shampoo from Greek bio brand KORRES, hair dryer, and quality towels, 1 big + 1 small per person.

The villa features high quality Bose sound system and Lowe flat screen TVs, airplay to play music wireless from iPhone, Guests can enjoy high-speed internet Wi-Fi inside and outside. The house is secured with alarm system controlled with Key-Tags

Beds have high comfort mattresses. Bed sheets & towels change, as well as full house cleaning are done every 3 nights for 1 week reservations. Daily service or other is possible on request if scheduled prior to arrival.

Staffs are coming every 2 days to take care about the pool, plants, terrace and any other technical maintenance needed.

Guests can enjoy a lot of plants outside the house!
