At Villa 1 the traditional furniture is colored in modern shades and is elegantly portrayed by the soft blue walls, perpetually accompanied by the affluent natural light which penetrates the interior spaces via the see-through ceiling at the fully equipped kitchen. Villa 1 offers an exterior spa bath on the upper level, overlooking the stunning blue of the Aegean Sea, a view that is bound to soothe your senses and add ounces of joy during your stay in Astypalea.

By selecting Villa 1, you will indulge in 110 sq. meters of comfort. Ideal for up to 4 guests, it consists of one master bedroom with a double bed, 1 open plan bedroom located in the living room and 2-bathroom areas. The spacious interiors are characterized by a traditional architectural styling in a blend of contemporary aesthetics. The beautiful surroundings are teamed with an array of additional comforts especially formulated for an unforgettable stay.

Villa 2 spreads in two distinct levels in a total area of 120 sq. meters and can accommodate up to 6 guests. The villa consists of 1 master bedroom, 2 open plan bedrooms (one bed at the upper level and another one at the living room) and 2 bathrooms. It also features a superb exterior Jacuzzi spa bath at the garden. In its decors, the shades of white play the protagonist role and brilliantly co-exist with the ample natural light.

It covers an area of 110 sq. meters and can sleep 4 guests at one master bedroom with a double bed and an open plan bedroom located in the living room. Villa’s 3 highlight is the exterior spa bath on the upper level which provides unique views to the stunning Chora of Astypalaia and the Castle at the top end of the island’s main town.

The interior space is characterized by modern specimens of the highest quality and finesse – which, however, obey the traditional architectural lines – and are designed by Philippe Starck (bathroom area) and Smeg (kitchen area). The decoration is minimal with all the shades of green ranging from the more vibrant to the softer ones.

It consists of ample interior and communal exterior spaces, introducing high-tech audiovisual systems and a fully equipped kitchen that is inundated by abundant natural light through its see-through ceiling.
