Set on a 6,000 sq. m land overlooking the Aegean Sea, Villa Analisa is an exceptional private escape getaway unspoiled by the likes of the public. The sizable home follows the topography of its hillside plot to maximize both the views and privacy and spreads its many individual bedrooms across three levels, all located above ground.

The majority of the day is spent on the middle level, where the main living, dining, and kitchen areas open directly onto a veranda which houses the 25 meters long ecological pool. Enjoy tranquility, comfort and luxuriousness in this exquisite, fully staffed villa.

Villa Analisa was designed to accommodate people who are looking for demanding holidays and high quality, it follows the topography of its hillside plot to maximize both the views and privacy.

The sizable home spreads its many individual bedrooms across three levels, all located above ground. The majority of the day is spent on the middle level, where the main living, dining, and kitchen areas open directly onto a veranda which houses the 25 meters long ecological pool.

Perched on the top of Crete, surrounded by the turquoise sea and the vast olive groves, villa Analisa is a perfect spot from which to explore Crete and its legends!

THE MAIN HOUSE

Entering the villa on the ground floor there is a spacious open plan area consisting of the living room, dining area and kitchen which are strategically placed to take advantage of the splendid view.

On the right side there is a living room area with a fireplace, a 60” satellite HDTV and hi-end Hi-Fi sound system. On the left side there is an indoor dining area and a fully equipped kitchen of top-quality fixtures and appliances.

The space is lined with floor-to-ceiling windows and doors for added light and access to the patio and pool.

A staircase next to the main entrance leads you up to the first floor where you will find a master bedroom with a king size double bed and en-suite bathroom with a shower. It also contains a closet room, a small refrigerator, a 30” HDTV, an office space with a printer and an exit to a private veranda with an outdoor shower and gazebo bed where excellent views can be enjoyed.

The staircase also leads you down to the lower floor where you will find a bedroom with a king size double bed and en-suite bathroom with a shower. The bedroom has access to a private veranda where is also connected to the back garden.

A laundry room and a wine cellar are also found on this floor.

THE BUNGALOWS

Aside from the above mentioned two bedrooms, Villa Analisa also hosts seven bungalows.  Five of them are attached to the main building, four of them with a king size bed and one with 4 single beds all with their own private entrance, ensuite bathroom with a shower and terraces.

The sixth bungalow is a separate and independent from the main building with a king size double bed and ensuite bathroom with a shower.

The seventh and final bungalow is independent and situated further away from the main building and the other bungalows. It is 15m2 with two windows and offers a king size bed, a toilet and separate shower.

OUTDOOR AREA

The beautifully landscaped outdoor area of the villa offers a variety of facilities and spots for relaxation.

More specifically our outdoor facilities include:

– 100 sq. m infinity ecological swimming pool

– A pool house with fully equipped charcoal barbecue and dining table offering views to the pool and the surrounding landscape

– A variety of furnished spots (with sun beds, outdoor sofas and gazebo bed) for relaxing in the terrace and the garden around the villa

Fully Staffed

The villa offers daily staff from 8:00 till 15:00 and daily housekeeping service is provided. All the visits from our staff members can be flexible and arranged according to your wishes.

LOCATION

It is situated in a private land of 6,000 square meters overlooking the Aegean Sea.

Villa Analisa offers a full privacy with amazing sea view in its luxury settings a little 10-15 minutes’ drive to several beautiful beaches or to the old town of Rethymno where are the main shops and restaurants.

The surrounding area is a quiet, natural environment ideal for relaxation but also very close to all kinds of supplies shops, restaurants and various services.

You can find many grocery shops in Stavromenos village which is 6 km away but also the closest big living areas where you can find a variety of bakeries, supermarkets, nightlife and restaurants are the well-known tourist areas of Platanias and Adelianos Kampos which are 10 min drive away.

Next to the villa is Amnatos village, the last village on the way to the historical Monastery of Arkadi. The village is built on a rocky and high location having superb views across the valley of Rethymno.

The village was inhabited by the Venetians and the Turks and testify that the imposing buildings – towers of the village that survived until today. Houses Venetian notables (houses Benezi), glass chimney style Sebastiano Serlio, mansions from the 17th and 18th century, imposing towers (the Sanguinazzo) beautiful and lovely squares dominate and create a frame of a bygone era.

Finally, the location enables visitors to explore the archaeological site of ancient Eleftherna and caves of Melidoni and Zoniana which are some of the most famous tourist destinations in central Crete.

Due to the location of the village and the terrain in the area, there are many beautiful hiking and biking trails as to the nearby village of Kapsaliana where you can find the Museum of Olive.
