The villa’s aesthetics harmoniously combine the island’s ancient history with modern demand for luxury and comfort. Built in an area of 1000 sq.m. the villa is imperious gazes at the golf of Kamari, offering its lucky guests unique views of sunrises.

In its interior, the Adra consists of three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a large living room and a kitchen, designed to provide luxurious accommodation for six persons.

The 400 sq.m. Adra terrace offers breathtaking views of the Aegean sea and has a magnificent infinity pool. Sun loungers, a dining table for unforgettable dinners under the stars, a lounge area for moments of relaxation, guarantee carefree and enjoyable moments. Another fully-equipped room is available on the lower level that can accommodate another 2 persons.

Bedrooms

The three bedrooms can sleep up to six persons and are decorated in earthy tones and subtle shades. King-size beds covered with cotton fabrics and hypoallergenic pillows by Coco-mat offer an enjoyable sleep experience. Air-conditioning and satellite TV (LCD) also available in the two rooms.

Bathrooms

The same philosophy of impeccable luxury is implemented in the three bathrooms. Earth tones dominate the area. Guests are offered toiletries and bathrobes, slippers and towels by Coco-mat.

Living room

A large room of impeccable aesthetics and functionality, offering a range of facilities such as telephone and fax, satellite LCD TV, DVD player, safe, air-conditioning, laptop, and Wi-Fi. A few carefully selected artworks give the area an extremely unique style, while the view to the balcony is stunning.

Kitchen

The elegant indoor kitchen at Adra is fully equipped and available for cooking.

Patio – Pool

The 400 sq.m. Adra terrace amphitheatrically spreads out to offer stunning views of the golf of Kamari. The experience from this terrace cannot be easily expressed with words. The pool is fully integrated into the natural landscape, creating the illusion that you are swimming into the blue waters of the Aegean Sea. Sun loungers are available for sunbathing. An outdoor dining table is set against the blue waters of the pool and sea, and gives a special touch to your breakfast (a-la-carte), lunch or dinner time under the stars.

Adra is built on the edge of Kamari, only nine kilometers away from Fira and just 50 meters from the sea.

The villa is located 4 km away from the island’s International Airport and 7km far from the port of Athinios.
