Folegandros is one of the most beautiful islands in Aegean with amazing paths. There is a relatively extensive trail network with many hiking routes. Stone-paved donkey tracks still criss-cross it, the most well-trodden from Chora to the hilltop church of Panagia, spectacular at sunrise and sunset.

Agios Nikolaos is a beautiful sandy beach with a few tamarisk trees for shade. It can only be reached by foot or by boat. There is also a small taverna offering food and drinks and a cafe selling drinks on the beach. The beach is secluded enough and nudism tolerant, but camping is not allowed. However, you may find a few people staying overnight at the beach without any problem. If you decide to share this experience, you will enjoy a very nice atmosphere made up by the fires that the campers lit on the beach and you will join the rest of the people for drinking, singing and chatting in the moonlight
