The Villa is built in the traditional Mykonian style with thick rock support walls along with high wooden beam ceilings. The Villa has been fully renovated in all areas, and it is fitted with new sound proof double glazing windows locking out all the city noise. Also some furniture and appliances of the original house, have been refurbished and placed in the villa.
The villa is divided into two floors. The first floor with a total area 175.00sqm, consists of a spacious living room and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms and three bedrooms. The second floor is connected to the first floor by an inner staircase, leading to en suite room of total area 55.00sqm, along with a second private terrace of 100.00sqm.
