This vacation Villa was designed with bold and expressive Brutalist lines, the two-story Villa reaches out towards the sea in monolithic concrete forms and glass cantilevered over the rocks.

The Villa makes a dramatic impact with the pool extending into the interiors, while remaining sensitive and responsive to its environment with eco-friendly features such as a flat green roof that cools the spaces naturally.

A bold stylistic statement on minimalism, with open, light filled-interiors and lofty proportions that give you a sky-high perspective, the restrained minimalist approach is in perfect synthesis with the structure and the environment.

The two-story Felia Villa can easily accommodate up to 4 guests in its minimally-designed rooms, and it is ideal for families or groups of friends – children should be 10 years of age or older.

On the first level, there is a ground floor with an independent entrance, where the guests can find a bedroom with a king-sized bed, a wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom with a shower.

On the second level, there is a living room with two sofas that can be used as double beds, a fully equipped modern kitchen and an additional bathroom with a shower. The living room is combined perfectly with the kitchen.

Felia Villa was built with eco-friendliness in mind; Magna pool is the healthiest and most sustainable pool filtering technology available in the market. Additionally, the massively green roof can provide the guests with natural and cool shade during the hot days.

The large glass windows, which are all openable and very characteristic of the house’s style, can be found nearly anywhere in the house; that, of course, means that you will be able to enjoy the magnificent view from nearly every room of Felia Villa.
