Designed with luxury holiday living in mind – and with many fabulous and innovative features – the new villas enjoy a privileged beachfront position just a few meters from waters of Kissamos Bay, with views over the two majestic peninsulas of northwest Crete.

They offer an unrivalled outlook – 150 meters of beach frontage, infinity pools, private terraces, and the lapping turquoise Aegean washing the pebble/sand beach, which gives way to fine sand once you step into the water.

The two villas all part of one larger structure, each with their own style and privacy but connected by interlocking doors. That allows them to be rented as self-contained units, or both.

In addition, the area is rich in natural wildlife with falcons, herons and other birds of prey hovering close to the beach, while there is also a good chance you will spot a sandpiper.

The beach at Korfalonas is perfectly safe for snorkeling, swimming and fishing, or simply relaxing and taking in the Aegean panorama.

Constructed of local Kissamos limestone, the three new villas have been designed by Chania-based architect and interior and exterior designer Rena Mania.

Using colors and materials that are welcoming in their warmth and texture, along with friendly neutral shades that will subtly delight guests, each residence enjoys the highest quality furnishings and installations. Solar panels and ground source heat pumps provide the eco-friendly villas with sustainable energy.

Each villa has its own unique living space with the emphasis on outdoor entertaining, dining and relaxing. COCO Mat soft bedding and furnishing provide the maximum comfort with the use of natural and raw materials.

Perfectly-located, they are a mere 15 minutes’ drive from the stunning Falasarna beach and close to world-famous Balos lagoon. Kissamos town, with its shops, cafes and tavernas, is 1km away.

Beach Front Estate Configuration:

Sleeps 14 guests in 7 en-suite bedrooms, plus max 6 guests in 2 extra beds and has 3 sofas in living rooms for more capacity. There is extra charge for each guest above 14.

Each villa of three interconnecting has separate open plan Kitchen, living and dining area. Each villa has one master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, guest bedroom (with double bed which can convert to twin beds) all en-suite and one large sofa.

PROPERTY LOCATION:

Facing north, the beach front Estate is set in a rural quiet beachfront location with lush natural surroundings, 2km from Kissamos town, 500m from the closest shop, a 20-minute drive from the regional capital of Chania and 55km from the airport. Other villages, famous beaches, and attractions are an easy driving distance with hire car.

SWIMMING POOLS:

There are 2 infinity swimming pools each of 50 Sqm and in low season one can be heated by a Pool Heat Pump, making the water about 24 – 26°C depending on weather conditions. Pool heating is 700 euro per week extra and we request two days advance notice for this facility.

A pool cover can be provided and has to be used to achieve best pool heating effect.
