The villa is located on the shore in the heart of Crete, about 16 km west from Heraklion – Crete’s capital city. The villa accommodates up to 11 people and has a parking space for up to 5 cars.

The villa is located 35 m above the sea level and it has a private descent to the beach, which leads to a cozy private beach with stone pier. The pier can be used to park jet skis and small boats.

The whole villa is air-conditioned, has water, AC, ultra-high-speed internet, heating and electricity control panel, video monitoring system and entrance gate remote control
