Villa Bellamera was recently built in 2015 by the sea on the beautiful Naxos Island in Greece. Newly Villa Belamera it consists of 2 Villas (Villa Bellezza and Villa Meraviglia).

The Villa is located right next to the sea on the west part of Naxos Island in Greece. The villa has the ideal location for your villa break.

The villa is child-safe and welcome families and friends to spend their wonderful seaside vacation every summer. The villa is architected with traditional greek seaside elements with stylish modern design, giving its guests a relaxing environment to stay and enjoy their holiday.

All in all, with all the well-equipped facilities and furniture, Villa Bellamera will make your stay comfortable.

The villa is 15 minutes drive from the main town of Naxos. The airport of Naxos is around 6 kilometers away and takes 12 minutes by car.

The villa is located directly in front of the stunning beach of Plaka. As soon as you arrive, you can forget about everything and jump straight into the refreshing cool ocean. The beach is just in front of the house with your very own sun loungers and umbrellas.

The golden sandy beach Plaka is directly in front of the villa. The Plaka beach is perfect for all the beach lovers who like to enjoy the crystal clear sea, chill under the sunshine and even enjoy some water sports facilities.

For the outdoor area, an exclusive BBQ area is offered to all the guests of Villa Bellamera to enjoy the traditional Greek grill all days and nights. Other than a private vegetable garden, there is also a large garden with charming sea view. Private swimming pools blend beautifully to the color of the blue ocean nearby. Without a doubt, there is also private parking for the guests who are staying in the Villa.

The air conditioner is available all around the houses, and free unlimited WiFi can also be used in both indoor and outdoor areas of the villas. 24 hours concierge and daily housekeeping service are available to make your stay handy and comfortable.

VILLA 1 VILLA BELLEZZA

The private premise of Villa Bellezza consists of 145 m2 with a total of a 1,500m2 outdoor area. Together with 4 comfortable bedrooms, 1 sofa bed and 1 separate guesthouse, the villa can host 12-13 guests each time. All the bedrooms are ensuites which include bathrooms inside the room, and there is an extra WC in the house.

Villa Bellezza consists of two stories and a lower ground floor. On the ground floor, you can find a living room with a traditional fireplace that is a great place to gather all the guests and have a cozy movie night together. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with kitchen utensils, coffee maker, dishwasher. After preparing your cuisines, there are a couple of dining areas inside the villa.

One indoor dining area for 8 people, and two more outdoor dining areas each for 8 guests. One of the outdoor dining areas is right next to the kitchen, and the other one is next to the large garden of the villa with fantastic sea views.

On the first floor of the villa, there are 1 double bedroom and 1 independent apartment with bedroom, separate living room, sofa bed, dining table, yard, and a kitchenette. All the guests staying on the first floor will also have a beautiful sea view. On the lower level of the villa, there is another double bedroom and the guest house.

VILLA 2 VILLA MERAVIGLIA

Villa Meraviglia is a two storeys villa with a lower ground floor. The villa itself is around 145 m2, together with the outdoor surroundings areas add up to approximately 1,500m2. The villa is available for 9-10 guests, with 4 bedrooms that all equipped with private bathroom inside the rooms, and an extra sofa bed and WC in the house.

The indoor area of the villa is spacious, airy and fully air-conditioned. The four double bedrooms are spread on different floors of the villa, 1 on the ground floor, 2 on the first floor, and 1 on the lower floor which also provides a sofa bed, its own kitchenette and a fitness area.

The kitchen on the ground floor is well equipped with all the necessary kitchen utensils, fridge, coffee maker, dishwasher…etc. The kitchen is also connected to its own garden with pergola.

Next to the kitchen outside of the villa, you can also find an outdoor dining area for 8 guests. On top of that, there is also an indoor dining area that accommodate 8 people and another outdoor dining area next to a large garden with magnificent sea view. The spacious living area with a fireplace can serve as a cozy communal living area for all the guests.
