Villa Amalia is situated in southwest Kefalonia, in the lush area of Trapezaki (Lourdata), only 12 km from Argostoli (the Capital) at the foot of the legendary mount Ainos, known for its famous black fir and wild horses.

The architecture of the villa with the unique 360ο view and the surrounding areas is a blend of modern and traditional Kefalonia, ensuring timeless and classy luxury with exceptionally wide comfortable spaces that can receive comfortably couples, families or large groups of friends.
Here, far from all annoying noises, you will enjoy in your private villa the wonderful view of the Ionian Sea. The southern location of the villa captures an inspiring sunrise, whilst you can always indulge yourself to a romantic sunset.
This villa is built on three levels. The middle floor is at ground level.
The entrance of the villa is on the middle floor and it leads to a living area with comfortable seating and a corner study, a double bedroom (with a built-in wardrobe) and a family bathroom. The living area and the bedroom access a wrap-around balcony with breathtaking view. The balcony offers an outdoor sitting area with loungers.
A set of stairs leads to the upper floor/loft area, where a second bedroom is located. A second bathroom serves this room.
A marble staircase from the main hall leads to the downstairs main living space of the villa.
This floor consists of an open plan living and dining area and a kitchen. A third bedroom with en suite bathroom is located on this floor. This bedroom directly accesses the pool area. Another bathroom is accessible just off the living room.
The modern open-plan kitchen accesses an outdoor shaded dining/sitting area and the poolside.
